Edomae Kiyomi welcomes Chef Takafumi Yamazaki

Chef Takafumi has arrived from Japan to join the team.  He trained under Ken Kawasumi in Shinjuku, Tokyo.  He has worked in restaurants in Calgary and Tokyo, and brings his art to Edomae Kiyomi.

Lunch now available

We are now offering lunch! This sushi omakase lunch set is 10 courses including a negitoro handroll, and a homemade soup for $55. Each seating will take approximately an hour and guests can book the 12:00 – 1:00 pm seating or the 1:15 – 2:15 pm seating time.

Omakase is a face-to-face dining experience with the chef. The guest entrusts the chef to decide what is best for the evening.

Omakase dining is different from any other dining experiences because the chef gauges each guests reaction and helps guide them towards the best possible experience. By the end of the night, each guest will have an individually crafted evening to remember.
