Booking

We ask that all guests contact us at (416) 979-1134 or through OpenTable to book your reservation with a minimum of one day in advance. This is to ensure our chefs have time to prepare the ingredients to give you the best dining experience.

Cancellation

BEFORE BOOKING a reservation with us, please make sure you have confirmed the date with your guest/partner. Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations made on the day of the reservation will result in a FULL CHARGE of the menu per person, separate from the deposit. A decrease in the number of guests at the time of your reservation will also result in a full charge for the person not attending. You have agreed to these conditions above by completing a booking with us, and all disputes are non-negotiable. 

48 hours prior
Guests will not be charged the initial deposit. The existing reservation can be rescheduled.

24-48 hours prior
Guests will be charged the initial deposit, per person.

Within 24 hours prior
A fee totaling the full cost of the menu will be charged, per person.

No-show

Guests who do not show up to their booking will be charged a fee totaling the full cost of the menu.

Before you dine with us

Outside Cakes

We welcome you to celebrate your special occasions with us, and we will do our best to help make it extra memorable.

Guests are more than welcome to bring their own cakes into our restaurant, however, we ask that you inform us during booking to ensure your cake is stored correctly and served beautifully.

Perfume & Cologne

We would like to ask all our guests to refrain from wearing strong aromas as it may alter the natural aromas of the dishes.

BYOB

We welcome guests to Bring Their Own Bottle, subject to a corkage charge of $35 per bottle for sizes between 720-750ml and $75 for 1.8l bottles.

This offer is limited to a maximum of two bottles per guest.

The restaurant does not have a strict dress code.

Payment Method

We accept Mastercard, VISA, Debit and CASH.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT: Prepaid Credit Cards, Amex, Foreign currency, or Traveler’s cheques.

Children

It is in our best interest for us to provide guidance and knowledge to the younger generation, but only when they can fully grasp and value it. We embrace children who can partake in the same meal as the adults, regardless of their age, and at the same cost.

There is NO kids menu.

Cellphone Use

We kindly ask you to put all your phone to vibrate mode and all sounds off. We will not tolerate digital sounds from your phones. 

If you require to answer your phone, we will kindly ask you to go to a designated area, so it does not disrupt other guests. 

As for photography, you may use your phones in silent mode where no shutter sounds are heard. Professional cameras are discouraged unless you can turn off the shutter sound, or picture taking is at a minimum.
