Reservation:
Our ingredients are mainly imported from Japan. Reservation is strongly recommended for our chefs to prepare the seasonal course in front of you. We also welcome walk-in guests and will do our best to accommodate.
Reservations can be made between 11 am to 12 pm, Tuesday to Sunday by call. At other times, please leave a clear message stating your first & last name, phone number, number of guests and date required. Our staff will return your call in sequence. Please note that your reservation is consider confirmed only if you hear back from us. We also accept reservation online Opentable 24/7.
Seating and Late Arrival:
We will try our best to meet all seating request – sushi bar or tempura counter. We will assign the best possible seat available if request was not made at time of reservation.
For Sushi Omakase you will be seated at the sushi bar. For Tempura Omakase you will be seated at the tempura counter.
Due to the limited capacity of our restaurant, seats will be hold for 15 minutes. We will contact you after 15 minutes via the phone number you provided to ascertain estimate time of arrival. Reservation will be automatically cancelled (a fee will be charged) if our staff cannot get a hold of you after 15 minutes. If you are running late, please give us a call prior to your reservation.
Cancellation Fee:
Kindly honor our cancellation policy of 24 hours advance notice (To cancel, please state clearly the booking name, number of guests, reservation date and contact phone number to avoid misunderstanding or discrepancy).
We may require a valid Visa or Master card number on file at time of booking. Card will not be charged unless it is a same day cancellation or no-show.
Unfortunately, we reserve the right to charge full amount per guest to cover the cost and time to prepare the ingredients prior to your booking and the lack of revenue to turn away other potential customers in such a short notice.
Dietary Restrictions:
All of our courses include raw seafood. We are unable to accommodate courses that are strictly keto, low crab, vegan or vegetarian. Also, we are not able to comply with kids menu at this time.
If you have a medical condition, please be aware consuming raw seafood may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
For the best omakase experience, we highly recommend one omakase serves one guest.
